Payment Processing Notice
BotifyHost uses Razorpay for payment processing. All payments are securely processed through our dashboard at dashboard.botifyhost.com. We never collect payments through Telegram or any other third-party messaging platforms.
Refund Policy Overview
At BotifyHost, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our Telegram bot hosting services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Service Availability Issues
If our service experiences significant downtime that violates our Service Level Agreement (SLA), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Basic Plan: More than 24 hours of continuous downtime
- Pro Plan: More than 12 hours of continuous downtime
- Enterprise Plan: More than 4 hours of continuous downtime
Subscription Cancellations
For monthly subscriptions:
- Within first 7 days: Full refund
- After 7 days: No refund for current billing period
For annual subscriptions:
- Within first 14 days: Full refund
- Within first 30 days: 70% refund
- After 30 days: Prorated refund for unused months, less 20% fee
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees
- Add-on services once activated
- Custom development work
- Domain registration fees
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3Select “Request Refund” and complete the form

4Alternatively, contact our support team at billing@botifyhost.com
All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase through our payment processor Razorpay:
Credit/Debit Card
5-10 business days
UPI/Net Banking
3-5 business days
Wallet
1-3 business days
Disputes and Appeals
If your refund request is denied and you wish to appeal the decision:
Email billing-appeals@botifyhost.com with your case details
Include your account information and the reason for your appeal
Our billing team will review your appeal within 5 business days
